1. Do you use bots or macros?
No! We do not use any bots, macros or any other third parties in-game behavior that is forbidden to perform our services. We have over 200+ employees that personally work on your character. This ensures your character is leveled the safest way possible.

2. Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?
No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing, farming or any other behavior that is frowned upon.

3. How do you do if someone talk to me in game?
Normally we will respond as if AFK when another player sends you a tell, however if a GM sends you a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, please just let us know and we will be sure to use them.

4. I don't what my guild or friends to know that you are playing my character. What will you do?
They will see you as AFK and we will act so when they send you a tell.

5. Do I keep the money & items gained while you train my character?
Yes, all the equipment and gold which gained in the leveling are belong to you,we won`t take them away.

6. Can I play with my character while leveling?
Yes! If you want, please contact the live-help at any time, we stop level for a while. When you are in game,please don`t take away or sell the gold and equipment.they are necessary to leveling.after you leave the game,don`t forget to inform the customer service representative.We`ll go on leveling immediately.We also delay the time of accomplishment according to the time you spend in game.Of cause,you can choose the hour service,it is more convenience.

7. After I pay, When do you start to level?
Normally, we start leveling within 12 hours after receiving your order. Sometimes our departments can get full and it may take longer for your order to start.In this condition,we`ll inform you at once and let you know the waiting time.

8. What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?
We take your privacy extremely seriously. We have systems in place to screen every order and protect who has the given orders information. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties and is only given to those in our company who need it to complete your order. Once your order is completed, please do change your password.

9. Are you affiliated with any other gaming companies?
No. We are an independent company that is 100% focused on providing services in massively multiplayer games. We have no affiliations with any game related companies at this time.

10. How can I order your service?
Please choose the leveling service that you want on our site, after done it ,fill in your information according to the instruction of page.After pay, you`ll receive your order number.you can check the status of your order by the number.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer PayPal but also accept Western Union.
